What began as a shared dream between Chef Isabella Montague and sommelier David Chen has blossomed into one of the city's most beloved dining destinations. In 2018, they transformed a century-old copper foundry into a space that honors both tradition and innovation.
Every dish at The Copper Table tells a story — of local farmers who wake before dawn, of time-honored techniques passed through generations, and of the belief that the finest meals are those shared with people you love.
Our kitchen is guided by the seasons. Each week, Chef Isabella visits local farms and markets, hand-selecting the ingredients that inspire our ever-evolving menu. It's not just farm-to-table — it's a philosophy that respects the land, the craft, and above all, our guests.
